When Godfather's Pizza learned there are approximately 3 million Americans with celiac disease, we knew we needed to create a gluten-free pizza that addresses their special diet restrictions.  

  

With more than 500,000 new celiac diagnoses expected to occur in the next five years, we didn't waste any time. Our research and development team went to work to develop a great-tasting, quality pizza that is free of gluten.  

  

  

  

More about celiac disease

Those who are diagnosed with celiac disease or who have family and friends who suffer from it may already know that the consumption of gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye, is what triggers this autoimmune digestive disease. According to the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, the only treatment and escape from painful symptoms is a lifelong gluten-free diet.  

  

By providing a gluten-free pizza, Godfather's Pizza hopes to make the transition to a gluten-free diet and lifestyle a little less painful for those affected.  

  

Committed to quality

Just like with anything we do, Godfather's Pizza is committed to providing our customers with a quality product. Realizing that this particular product goes beyond taste and impacts a customer's health, we took no chances. Our corporate trainers completed the Gluten-Free Resource Education Awareness Training offered by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.  

  

Gluten-Free Pizzas 

Our gluten-free pizzas are available in six varieties: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, Beef, All-Meat Combo and Classic Combo. They are topped off-site at a CSA-approved facility, and individually wrapped for the safest delivery into our stores. There's no need to call ahead to place your gluten-free pizza order as is the case with some other restaurants. Our gluten-free pizzas are available seven days a week during regular business hours. All locations selling gluten-free pizza also offer a take-n-bake option. (Please Note: Not all Godfather's Pizza locations currently offer gluten-free pizzas. See Store Locator information below.)

Please note: Gluten is a potential allergen that is present in flour used in all Godfather's Pizza restaurants. At Godfather's Pizza we are taking every precaution to ensure that our gluten-free pizza remains so, but due to the nature of the restaurant environment there is always a potential of cross contamination.
