Q: How do I become a member of Godfather's Pizza's Rewards Club?
A: There are two ways to join. 1). Visit one of my participating locations, get a brochure and ask one of our crew members for a Rewards Card. Don't forget, you need to register your card online. 2). Not in a store? Register directly online by clicking here. We will send you an email with your temporary membership number. Take a printout of that email to a participating location and one of my crew members will get you a permanent card.
Q: Does it cost anything?
A: No, there is no fee or cost to become a member of the Godfather's Pizza Rewards Club.
Q: How do I know my point status?
A: You can track your points online, just click here. If you haven't logged in before, you will need a login ID and password. You also can have a crew member check your balance at the store. A running total of your points will print out on any store receipt from a participating location.
Q: Do I earn points for buying a gift card?
A: Not when purchasing the gift card, but if a gift card is used to pay a check and you are a registered member of our Rewards Club and at a participating location then you earn points for that check.
Q: Will my points expire?
A: The points will not expire, however Godfather's Pizza maintains the right to discontinue the program at any time without warning or explanation.
Q: Why do I have to register my card?
A: This is the only way we can keep track of your earned points and rewards, plus it allows us to easily replace your card if it is lost or stolen.
Q: Can I earn points for placing my order online?
A: Currently we cannot award points for online orders, but we're working to address that. Stay tuned.
Q: Who can I talk to if I have any problems with my card?
A: You can visit with any of the participating Godfather's Pizza crew members or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain in detail the problems you are having and how we might reach you. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.
Q: How are points awarded?
A: Every time you dine-in, carryout or place an order for delivery, you earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. We round up or down to the nearest dollar. $12.51 is 13 points. $12.49 is 12 points. These points are placed on your card automatically and are available the next business day. There is nothing you need to do.
Q: Where can I find my card number and registration code?
A: They can be found on the back of your Godfather's Pizza Rewards Club Card. The card number is a 16-digit number and the registration code is the shorter number. Do not use spaces when entering the card number.
Q: When I try to register my card, I get the message "Invalid".
A: You may be inputting the card number with spaces. Please remove the spaces and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please email@example.com.
Q: What if I don't have an email address?
A: In order to participate in our Rewards Program, you must have an email address. There are many free services which can be accessed on any web-enabled computer.
Q: After I register, what do you do with my information?
Q: What if I forgot my card and I am visiting a participating location?
A: If you've registered your card, our crew members can look up your Rewards Club account information on our point-of-sale system by using the phone number you registered your card with. You can still earn points for purchases made during that visit. However, you will not be able to redeem rewards unless you have the card number.
Q: What if I lose my card?
A: If you happen to lose your Rewards Club card, simply visit your nearest participating Godfather's Pizza location for a replacement. Tell our crew member that you lost your card and they will issue you a new one and transfer your points and any unredeemed rewards. Keep in mind that your card had to have been registered to be able to transfer points and rewards.
Q: I have a temporary card, how do I get a permanent one?
A: Bring a print out of your temporary card number that you received in your email to a participating location. The cashier will be able to give you a permanent card and transfer any points or rewards earned to the new card.
Q: Can multiple cards be combined into one account?
A: Yes, you can attach or combine multiple cards.
You can "Attach" additional cards to your account if you want to keep each card's points and rewards separate. The benefit is that both cards are accessible from one login and password. In "Manage My Account" you can attach cards to your account. However, if cards are attached only the primary account holder will receive the bonus points for their birthday. Attaching works well if one person doesn't regularly access email or have a computer.
You can "Combine" several cards together so they earn points and redeem points together. After attaching cards together you can then click "Combine" on the "Manage My Account" page. Again, only one card can receive the birthday point bonus as well as other communication from us. This works well for families or couples.
